Junior Automotive Auditor

About the role

Professional Solutions, an Adecco Group company, is seeking two Junior Automotive Auditors to join a leading automotive client. The role focuses on reviewing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies, and supporting cross‑functional teams in resolving warranty and recall issues.

Key responsibilities

• Audit warranty repair orders and claims for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
• Verify technician notes, diagnostic results, parts usage, and labor times.
• Ensure adherence to manufacturer warranty policies and internal guidelines.
• Identify discrepancies, potential fraud, and support corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Aftersales, and Supplier Management to resolve complex warranty and recall matters.
• Assist negotiations with suppliers on warranty recoveries and recall cost‑sharing.
• Analyze warranty and recall data using reporting and business‑intelligence tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in warranty administration, audit, dealership aftersales, supplier quality, or automotive warranty management.
• Strong knowledge of automotive warranty processes and manufacturer guidelines.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional situations involving suppliers, quality, and engineering.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and operate in multi‑country or regional structures.
• Advanced English proficiency; additional European languages are a plus.

What we offer

• Annual salary between €30,000 and €40,000.
