Junior Calibration Sub Project Manager

About the role

Join Bosch’s Engineering team in Turin as a Junior Calibration Sub Project Manager, supporting the transition to a new control unit and contributing to engine and vehicle development.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities for the new control unit, ensuring timelines, priorities and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with calibration teams (EPM, Knock, UEGO, HEGO, ASMOD) for technical and operational alignment.
• Perform I/O calibration, test‑bench testing and vehicle troubleshooting.
• Support experimental validation and analyse test results for engine and vehicle development.
• Analyse fleet data, identify issues and define corrective actions.
• Interact directly with customers on technical and project topics.
• Work with international teams and internal/external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Energy, Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Initial experience in engine calibration and good understanding of ECU systems.
• Strong coordination, problem‑solving and prioritisation abilities.
• Practical, proactive, curious and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in Italian and good command of English.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 % of the time.
