Junior Cloud Engineer

About the role

Docebo is looking for a Junior Cloud Engineer to join its AI‑powered learning platform team. You will work alongside senior engineers to automate, secure, and scale multi‑tenant AWS environments that support millions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Implement AWS compute, storage, networking, and IAM changes using best‑in‑class multi‑tenant patterns.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure‑as‑Code modules and scripts with Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Configure dynamic dashboards and alerts in Datadog and CloudWatch for proactive system health monitoring.
• Troubleshoot issues in non‑production environments, analyze logs and metrics, and apply targeted fixes.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering and SRE teams to translate requirements into smooth cloud changes.
• Support FedRAMP system patching, monitor security compliance dashboards, and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Create clear runbooks, configuration updates, and documentation for team reuse.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Eagerness to learn and tackle complex infrastructure challenges.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
