Junior Commercial Controller

About the role

Stellantis is looking for a Junior Commercial Controller to support its Sales & Marketing team. The role focuses on New Car Network sales, providing financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting to help drive business decisions and ensure compliance with brand policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop budgets and forecasts for the commercial area.
• Execute month‑end closing activities and produce N+1 estimations.
• Upload and manage financial data in internal systems.
• Perform gap analysis between actual results, budget/forecast, prior year and previous month.
• Monitor sales volume trends by model, engine and trim mix, as well as margin trends.
• Evaluate and approve new price proposals, monthly promotions, bonuses and extra action requests.
• Prepare and execute SOX and audit controls.
• Provide reports, data and explanations to HQ Finance & Business teams.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence profit decisions.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and problem‑solving skills.
• High attention to detail when handling large and complex data sets.
• Proactive attitude with the energy to meet deadlines.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
