Junior Contract Commerce Specialist (Fresh Graduate)

About the role

As a Junior Contract Commerce Specialist at Huawei Italy, you will manage the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle for major ICT and telecommunications projects, ensuring commercial quality, compliance and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full contract lifecycle, aligning commercial terms between Huawei and customers/partners.
• Prepare commercial proposals, bidding Statements of Compliance, contracts and related documentation.
• Design contractual business models and identify/mitigate commercial risk exposures.
• Lead negotiation teams as chief negotiator for telecommunication projects.
• Draft contracts and participate in comprehensive contract reviews to support strategic decisions.
• Organise internal contract review and approval workflows in strict accordance with corporate regulations.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, Management Engineering, International Trade/Law or related field, graduation within 6‑12 months.
• Prior internship or academic exposure to commercial contract management, legal review or commercial analysis is a plus.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Italian proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Valid authorization to live and work in Italy.
