Junior Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Specialist to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce eyewear brand in Palermo. You will be the first point of contact for international shoppers, turning doubts into confidence and ensuring a seamless buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone and social media in English and Italian.
• Handle returns, warranty claims and after‑sales support.
• Monitor order status and keep customers informed throughout the fulfillment process.
• Collaborate with warehouse, operations and other internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain accurate records in internal CRM and order‑tracking systems.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory) and Italian.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Customer‑first mindset with sharp problem‑solving instincts.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work in a dynamic international environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital communication tools (email, live‑chat, ticketing systems).
