Junior Data Privacy Legal Specialist

About the role

KIKO MILANO is seeking a Junior Legal Specialist focused on Data Privacy to join its Global Legal team. Reporting to the Global General Counsel and Global Privacy Legal Manager, you will work on‑site in Milan and support privacy compliance across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation, monitoring and improvement of group privacy policies, standards and procedures in line with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
• Coordinate with local subsidiaries on privacy documentation, templates and internal processes.
• Draft, review, update and negotiate data protection clauses in commercial contracts, including Data Processing Agreements.
• Assist with Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and other privacy compliance activities under senior supervision.
• Liaise with external Data Protection Officers for routine data protection matters.

Required profile

• Law degree with a thesis on data protection or a Master’s program in personal data protection.
• Maximum of one year experience in data privacy.
• Strong interest in data protection, commercial law and corporate legal matters.
• Good analytical and research skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
