Junior Dispute & Litigation Lawyer – Antitrust (Milan)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Italian Litigation Lawyer to join our team in Milan and take ownership of a high‑profile, complex caseload. You will lead antitrust damages actions before the Civil Court and manage related high‑stakes disputes involving unfair competition, greenwashing, and intellectual‑property‑related practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a substantial number of antitrust damages actions pending before the Civil Court.
• Manage multi‑party litigation with a focus on procedural efficiency and strategic outcomes.
• Handle high‑stakes cases concerning unfair competition, greenwashing, and IP‑related unfair competition.
• Collaborate with senior partners and an international team to develop litigation strategies.
• Maintain rigorous compliance with Italian civil procedure and commercial dispute norms.

Required profile

• Active legal practice with admission to the Italian Bar.
• Litigation experience developed between 2024‑2025.
• Proven track record managing complex multi‑party litigation in the Italian judicial system.
• Versatility: antitrust experience is valued but not mandatory; strong procedural expertise is essential.
• Deep knowledge of Italian civil procedure, tort liability, and commercial dispute resolution.
