Junior Engineer – Mobile Electronics Application

About the role

Join Bosch's Sales Mobile Application Division in Cernusco sul Naviglio as a Junior Engineer focused on Mobile Electronics Applications. You will support the development and testing of software for industrial vehicles, working closely with both local and German engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development and lab/field testing of software for mobile electronics on industrial vehicles.
• Collaborate with the local Mobile Electronics engineering team and the headquarters in Germany to share best practices.
• Participate in continuous training on electronics, hydraulics and commissioning provided at the Italian headquarters.
• Apply a 360° approach to manage software development processes and ensure quality.
• Lead small projects independently or together with the team as you gain competence.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or Industrial Automation.
• Strong interest in electronics, hydraulics and industrial vehicle applications.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills through on‑the‑job training.
• Good communication skills to work across multicultural teams.
