Junior Executive Assistant – Milan Office

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Executive Assistant to become the central point of contact for the Milan office of zeb, a leading strategy, management and IT consultancy for financial services. You will support colleagues, customers and service providers with a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments, manage general correspondence and support office management.
• Assist with the creation of presentations and contract documents, and perform data evaluations in Excel.
• Handle orders, courier/mail shipments, and incoming invoices.
• Plan and invoice business trips, and organise internal and external events and trade fairs.
• Maintain customer master data and perform general administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Completed commercial, hotel or secretarial training (e.g., hotel management, event management, office communication).
• 1‑2 years of professional experience in a related administrative role.
• Strong prioritisation skills, reliable work style and high service orientation.
• Excellent oral and written communication in Italian (C2) and English (C1‑C2).

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Advanced Excel skills.
