Junior Field Sales Representative in Napoli

About the role

Barilla is seeking a Junior Field Sales Representative to join its commercial team in Napoli. The role focuses on growing retail store sales, managing customer relationships at the store level, and executing the company’s field sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the field sales strategy in stores, achieving volume and net‑sales targets for assigned points of sale.
• Execute in‑store promotional plans, sales activities and new product launches according to Barilla’s blueprint.
• Ensure optimal shelf allocation and in‑store presence of the full Barilla product portfolio.
• Strengthen relationships with customers, understand shopper needs and present new products.
• Provide market insights to the sales leadership team and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Trade Marketing, Business Management, Data Analytics for Business or a related field.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Tech‑savvy mindset with curiosity for market trends.
• Proactive, determined and able to work independently to meet targets.
• Valid B driving licence held for at least 36 months.
• Previous experience in trade or sales is a plus.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
