Junior ICT Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Junior ICT Support Specialist to join our technical team in Collegno. The role focuses on daily IT maintenance, first‑line support and developing system‑administration skills in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical assistance to internal users and teams.
• Assist in basic management and maintenance of server and client environments.
• Support the installation and configuration of software and hardware.
• Document technical activities and procedures.

Required profile

• Member of the protected categories under Law 68/99.
• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or a related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Good command of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong passion for IT and a minimum A2 level of English.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python) is a plus.
