About the role
GrowthMedics is seeking a Junior International Medical Device Sales Development Representative to work remotely. You will generate new commercial opportunities for medical device manufacturers across Europe by prospecting, lead generation, and outbound sales activities.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via phone, email and LinkedIn.
- Generate qualified sales meetings and build a robust pipeline for medical device manufacturers.
- Identify, recruit and onboard distribution partners across Europe.
- Develop new hospital and healthcare provider opportunities.
- Execute structured follow‑up campaigns and nurture leads.
- Travel occasionally for field visits to distributors, hospitals and trade shows.
Required profile
- 3–6 years of professional sales or business development experience.
- Minimum 3 years within the medical device, healthcare or life‑sciences industry.
- Proven experience selling to hospitals, clinics, or working for a medical‑device distributor.
- Fluent in English and Italian plus Spanish or French.
- Strong track record in cold calling, outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
