Junior Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Logistics Coordinator to join our Logistics Team at our headquarters in Parma, Italy. The role offers a comprehensive growth path, allowing you to learn how to manage complex project logistics for international pipeline projects, including accommodation camps, warehouses, fleets, and material flows.

Key responsibilities

• Support and supervise the Project Warehouse Coordinator in daily warehouse management, stock updates, analysis and monthly reporting.
• Coordinate the project fleet and assets with the yard supervisor, taking responsibility for equipment tracking and demobilisation.
• Oversee temporary accommodation and industrial base operations through the Camp Boss, monitoring lodging conditions and related costs.
• Liaise with local vendors to procure materials and services, ensuring alignment with project schedules and proper documentation for the AFC department.
• Collaborate with the HQ Forwarding and Customs Advisor to manage incoming international material flows.
• Ensure compliance with all project safety and HSEQ standards on‑site and in the warehouse.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business or a related technical field.
• Strong pioneer spirit, problem‑solving attitude and ability to adapt to multicultural environments.
• Full flexibility and availability for long‑term international travel and field assignments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language is a plus.
• Internships or 1–2 years of experience in logistics, operations or construction environments are appreciated but not mandatory.
