Junior Luxury Lifestyle & Travel Specialist (Remote, Freelance)

About the role

As a Junior Luxury Lifestyle & Travel Specialist you will support TENco’s Relationship Managers in delivering bespoke travel, experiences and daily services to high‑net‑worth members worldwide. Working fully remotely, you will handle booking requests, research exclusive opportunities and ensure every interaction is documented with precision and discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Process and confirm travel and lifestyle bookings for members and walk‑in clients.
• Research, compare and secure rare luxury items and unique experiences.
• Manage booking changes, special inquiries and direct client communications.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records and document all interactions in the internal database.
• Support invoicing and payment follow‑up when required.
• Liaise with partners, providers and event organizers to guarantee flawless execution of requests.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Tourism or a related field.
• Excellent fluency in English; Russian or French language skills are a strong plus.
• Background in luxury services such as concierge, 5‑star hotel guest services or travel agency.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
