Junior Maintenance Project Coordination Intern (6-month)

About the role

Kickstart your career with Huawei Italy’s Graduate Program as a Junior Maintenance Project Coordination Intern. Over a 6‑month period you will support multi‑site maintenance programs and infrastructure projects, ensuring reliable operation of critical telecom facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for HVAC, UPS, 48 V DC power systems, fire suppression and generators.
• Assist in planning, scheduling and tracking infrastructure upgrade and maintenance projects, meeting cost, time and quality targets.
• Coordinate incident response, monitor plant metrics and ensure SLA compliance.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor schedules, supervise on‑site maintenance quality and safety compliance.
• Track project milestones and maintenance KPIs, conduct root‑cause analysis and report findings to cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or current student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Management Engineering, Electrical, Energy, Mechanical or Civil Engineering).
