Junior Procurement Specialist – Remote

About the role

UBQ.io is looking for a proactive Junior Procurement Specialist to join its fully remote team. You will support end‑to‑end procurement documentation, vendor management, and drive process automation while ensuring data integrity across systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the flow of procurement documents requiring signatures, including NDAs.
• Gather invoices, obtain internal approvals, and resolve payment or billing issues.
• Maintain and expand a centralized contract repository for easy access.
• Organize documentation and processes for staff‑augmentation needs.
• Conduct market research to identify new providers and track trends.
• Ensure accurate data entry and upkeep across procurement systems.
• Support or lead supplier negotiations aligned with stakeholder requirements.
• Evaluate current workflows and propose automation or process improvements.
• Prepare procurement guides, materials, and performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement support, operations, or a similar function.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
