Junior Product Developer – Creative Atelier

About the role

Gucci is looking for a Junior Product Developer to support the Creative Atelier and Product Development team. In this hybrid role you will assist with the day‑to‑day execution of Ready‑to‑Wear collections, help during fittings, and keep all technical documentation up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ordering and inventory of materials for the Creative Atelier to ensure continuous availability.
• Procure and organize office supplies, maintaining adequate stock levels.
• Create and follow up on IT support tickets with Kering and Lectra for computer issues or new‑hire profile setups.
• Coordinate courier services and other messenger‑related tasks.
• Collaborate with General Services for resource requests, both ordinary and extraordinary.
• Attend fittings, take detailed notes, and update related documentation.
• Prepare and transfer documentation between pattern makers and the design team.
• Organize files containing fitting information and collection details.
• Assist in preparing project delivery timelines and related documents.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within RTW development for luxury or premium brands.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Flexibility to respond to urgent transportation or logistics needs.
• Availability to travel occasionally within Italy and abroad.
• Fluency in Italian and good command of English.

Required skills

• Comfortable using IT systems and creating support tickets for technical issues.
