Junior Program Manager

About the role

We are hiring a Junior Program Manager to support the governance of the Market Intelligence Program. The role blends leadership reporting, P&L monitoring and program objectives tracking while applying program and product management skills to drive growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain program governance processes, including objectives reporting, milestone and KPI monitoring, and P&L oversight.
• Prepare executive‑ready presentations, program updates and leadership communications.
• Support planning, coordination and execution of strategic Market Intelligence initiatives.
• Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders to align priorities, deliverables and timelines.
• Assist with product launches, go‑to‑market activities and analysis of customer feedback and usage trends.
• Facilitate cross‑functional meetings and drive follow‑up on action items.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
• 3+ years experience in program management, business operations, product management or consulting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across functions and at different organizational levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Slack).
