Junior Project Manager Internship – Telecom

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager Intern to join our team in Italy. You will support project and delivery teams in planning, coordinating, and following up on customer projects within the telecommunications sector, gaining hands‑on experience in a global telco technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, timelines, milestones and follow‑up actions.
• Prepare project updates, presentations, meeting materials and documentation.
• Support project planning, reporting and governance activities.
• Collect, organise and update project information in internal tools and dashboards.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies and open actions.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between project managers, technical teams and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives related to project execution and reporting.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Strong interest in project management, telecommunications, digital technologies, cloud or software delivery.
• Good analytical, organisational and communication abilities.
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
