Junior R&D System Engineer – Product Development

About the role

As a Junior R&D System Engineer you will join the Indoor Products Development Center at our Quistello plant. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams in electronics, motor development and packaging to define technical requirements and ensure they are executed correctly.

Key responsibilities

• Develop electro‑mechanical products and systems following the Product Development Process.
• Define technical specifications for electronics, mechanics, documentation and homologation.
• Design logical and physical product architecture, select components and create module interfaces.
• Plan and follow product testing processes and maintain high‑quality project documentation.
• Prepare status reports, identify defects and implement corrective action plans.
• Visit external suppliers or group companies to monitor development phases.
• Participate in internal and international project meetings and manage stakeholder requests.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Biomedical Engineering.
• At least 1 year of R&D or engineering experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork abilities.
• High level of autonomy, proactivity and initiative.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
