Junior Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager in handling our Italian client portfolio. You will ensure smooth commercial administration, timely sales processes, and accurate reporting while working closely with internal teams across Europe and the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, update and archive annual supply contracts, framework agreements, business letters, price appendices and general conditions of sale.
• Enter and maintain commercial conditions in the ERP system and verify consistency between negotiated agreements and contractual documentation.
• Monitor contract deadlines, renewals and support pricing and spot‑quote requests, including preliminary cost calculations.
• Prepare structured economic offers, present them to the Sales Manager for approval and follow up on submitted offers.
• Independently manage a small‑to‑medium client portfolio, handle standard renewals, first‑level complaints and negotiate within delegated limits.
• Produce periodic reports for Italy and Europe, covering sales volume trends, marginality, forecasts, contract renewal status and budget vs. actual analysis.
• Coordinate daily with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Finance, Quality and Marketing teams.

Required profile

• Adaptable with a strong commercial mindset and basic financial understanding.
• Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, Languages, Marketing or a related field.

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
