About the role

ZEGNA is seeking a Junior Shoes Designer to join its Design Shoes Team in Milan. You will support the creation and development of high‑quality luxury footwear, working closely with senior designers and the design office.

Key responsibilities

Participate in creative research for upcoming collections.
Create sketches using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Produce detailed drawings and write specifications, including colour schemes, construction methods, material types and accessory requirements.
Assist the Design Office and contribute actively in design meetings.

Required profile

Qualified in Fashion or Product Design, preferably a recent graduate.
Strong creativity and a refined sense for luxury footwear.
Fluent in English.

Required skills

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
Ability to produce technical drawings.
Freehand design capability.

What we offer

Base salary between 25 K‑28 K EUR per year.
