Junior Stock Controller – Boutique Montenapoleone

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Stock Controller to join our Etro boutique on Milan’s prestigious Via Montenapoleone. In this role you will ensure the smooth flow of merchandise from the back‑office to the shop floor, supporting the sales and visual‑merchandising teams while delivering the high‑standard service expected by our luxury clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure receipt, quantities, tagging, and deliveries of products, articles, and supplies in a timely manner.
• Prepare new items to be displayed in collaboration with the sales and visual merchandising teams.
• Maintain steady and accurate replenishment of stock.
• Monitor the flow of goods between storage and the shop floor, preparing and controlling the arrangement of articles.
• Manage transfers and other stock operations promptly.
• Act as the store reference for stock techniques and Etro procedures.
• Foster open and constructive communication with team members, store management, and customers.
• Follow daily placement of items for sale, ensuring correct style, size, and colour availability.
• Undertake inventory operations as required.
