Junior Training & Digital Enablement Specialist – International (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Junior Training & Digital Enablement Specialist – International will support the Learning & Enablement Hub across EMEA and APAC. The role focuses on developing, managing, and optimizing digital learning platforms, training content, and commercial enablement resources to drive product knowledge, clinical excellence, and commercial effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead redesign and optimisation of the Learning & Enablement Hub within the Allego platform, including architecture, pathways, certifications and content libraries.
• Upload, organise and maintain approved training materials; manage user accounts, permissions and learner support requests.
• Monitor platform utilisation and recommend improvements to increase engagement and adoption, including rollout of Allego AI Coaching capabilities.
• Create, update and maintain training content (e‑learning modules, videos, podcasts, presentations, assessments, interactive tools) for product, clinical, sales and professional development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory and Legal teams to ensure training materials are compliant, current and aligned with approved messaging.
• Deliver virtual and classroom‑based training programmes, facilitate onboarding and continuous learning, and support practical workshops and demonstrations.

Required skills

• Experience with the Allego digital learning platform.
• Creation of e‑learning content, including videos, podcasts and interactive assessments.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven coaching tools within digital learning environments.
