Key Account Executive – Travel Retail EMEA

About the role

Venchi is seeking a dynamic Key Account Executive to lead its Travel Retail business across the EMEA region. Based at the company’s headquarters in Milan, you will act as a brand ambassador, expanding Venchi’s presence in airports, duty‑free shops and other travel hubs while ensuring commercial excellence and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth of the Travel Retail channel across EMEA, meeting sales, distribution and profitability targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with airports, duty‑free operators and strategic partners.
• Manage existing client relationships, lead negotiations, and create annual business plans.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs and market trends to maximise growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing to launch products, activations and promotional initiatives.
• Ensure brand standards, merchandising guidelines and retail excellence are applied consistently.
• Conduct market visits, store checks and competitive analysis to gather insights.
• Support onboarding and development of new distributors and commercial partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management or commercial sales within Travel Retail or related channels.
• Strong understanding of the EMEA market and ability to navigate multicultural environments.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations and other HQ teams.

Required skills

• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM and sales reporting tools.
• Analytical ability to interpret KPIs and market data.
