Key Account Manager – EMEA (Cooling Solutions)

About the role

We are a leading multinational manufacturer of electric motors seeking a Key Account Manager for the EMEA region within our Cooling Solutions business. You will be responsible for expanding our customer base, defining product solutions, and driving commercial success across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new customers, markets and applications.
• Assess customer needs and propose appropriate product portfolios and commercial offers.
• Prepare quotations, optimise price lists and monitor profitability.
• Define and execute customer strategies in collaboration with Sales Management.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support marketing activities, exhibitions and customer training.
• Analyse market developments and report sales results, trends and customer status.
• Assist the Sales Manager with data analysis, reporting and periodic sales procedures (price release, production quota, monthly forecasts).

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics or Production Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in refrigeration or electronics.
• Fluent/advanced English; additional language is a plus.

• Competitive gross annual salary €35,000‑€45,000, commensurate with experience.
