About the role
Advantech is seeking a Key Account Manager for its iHealthcare division in France. You will act as the local representative, partnering with global sales, technical support, and ecosystem teams to grow the business in advanced medical solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and growth strategies focused on OEMs in the healthcare technology market.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts to understand current and emerging needs and position integrated platform solutions.
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic OEM and medical device manufacturer accounts.
- Drive new business development with a hunting mentality, expanding the customer base.
- Develop and manage channel partners and ecosystem relationships to broaden market reach.
- Define and implement a clear sales strategy for the French healthcare and medical technology market.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with global product sales managers, inside sales, and ecosystem partners.
Required profile
- Deep knowledge of medical equipment or healthcare solutions.
- Proven technical sales experience (e.g., electronics, industrial hardware, IT).
- Strong understanding of the medical device and healthcare technology domains, including medical IT markets.
- Ability to translate complex technologies into customer value.
- Familiarity with medical standards such as DICOM, HL7, ISO 13485.
- Excellent problem‑solving, presentation, and closing skills.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in multinational, multicultural environments.
