Key Account Manager – Italian Speaking

About the role

Vivid Money is scaling its SME banking platform and needs an Italian‑speaking Key Account Manager to own and grow an existing portfolio of business customers. You will deepen relationships, drive retention, and unlock upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across our multi‑IBAN, high‑yield treasury, and fintech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a book of SME accounts, focusing on upsell, cross‑sell and renewals.
• Build long‑term, multi‑stakeholder relationships and act as the voice of the customer.
• Align Vivid’s product features with client needs to deliver maximum value.
• Monitor, forecast, and report pipeline activity using the company CRM.
• Negotiate and structure complex pricing models for designated accounts.
• Provide feedback to management and collaborate cross‑functionally to improve the user experience.
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Required profile

• Degree in business administration, finance or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales or account‑management experience, preferably in FinTech or financial services.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Italian.
• Analytical mindset with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce and Aircall.
• Knowledge of KYB, AML and risk mitigation is a plus.
