About the role
As a Key Account Manager for Italy, you will act as the trusted advisor for top restaurant partners, helping them grow on Glovo’s platform. You will combine data‑driven insights with industry knowledge to deliver strategic guidance and measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with restaurant partners through proactive communication.
- Understand partners’ goals and challenges, providing strategic recommendations.
- Analyse performance data to drive operational excellence, growth and profitability for both partners and Glovo.
- Lead revenue growth initiatives such as promotions, marketing activations and menu optimisation.
- Own partner revenue performance and ensure measurable growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service to deliver customised solutions.
- Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process in the app, from store setup to the first days of activity.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in high‑performance account management or business consultancy, preferably in FMCG, food‑hospitality or on‑demand delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Industrial Engineering is a plus.
- Proven track record of exceeding KPIs and achieving ambitious goals.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solver and data‑driven decision maker.
- Highly organised, proactive with excellent time‑management and prioritisation skills.
- Native‑level Italian and professional proficiency in English.
