Key Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Key Account Manager to join our Sales team in the Turin area. You will be the main point of contact for strategic OEM customers, driving profitable business throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage RFQ processes with OEM customers such as Stellantis.
• Prepare, negotiate and present quotations and commercial offers.
• Ensure target profitability and alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee commercial activities during program development before SOP.
• Coordinate with internal teams to monitor progress and support customer requirements.
• Handle price updates, commercial changes and maintain clear customer communications.
• Support series sales activities and ongoing customer programs.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement within the sales organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive sales, RFQ management or program management.
• Experience working with OEM customers is a strong advantage.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and organisational abilities.
• Leadership or coordination experience.
• Professional proficiency in English and Italian.
• Open mindset and willingness to adopt digital and AI‑based tools.
