Key Account Manager – Off Trade (North-West)

About the role

As a Key Account Manager – Off Trade (North‑West) you will be responsible for driving revenue and building strategic relationships with Bacardi’s key customers across Italy. You will implement the commercial plan, influence brand positioning and ensure market share growth in your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue, gross margin, profitability and ROI targets defined in the country financial plan.
• Develop and execute joint business plans with key customers to create mutual value.
• Implement the “Picture of Success” approach and activate brands at the point of purchase.
• Manage price‑pack architecture, annual price increases and promotional ROI strategies.
• Provide accurate demand forecasts to supply‑chain teams and optimise promotional calendars.
• Contribute to the country IAP process, channel and portfolio strategy, and share market insights.
• Build long‑term relationships, drive a pay‑for‑performance mindset and develop talent within the commercial team.
• Identify and develop innovative ideas to improve customer programs and brand performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing key accounts in the beverage or fast‑moving consumer goods sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to forecast demand and evaluate ROI.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and willingness to travel extensively across Italy.
• Ability to influence brand positioning and drive commercial strategy.
