Key Account Manager - Retail

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account & Marketplace Manager to own the commercial strategy for our primary e‑commerce partner while aligning it with our physical retail channel. The role combines digital marketing, retail media, and analytical expertise to protect profitability and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute sales plans for the e‑commerce platform, ensuring competitive pricing and digital shelf visibility.
• Manage seasonal promotional events and major market peaks.
• Optimize sponsored advertising (PPC) and retail media budgets to increase conversion rates.
• Maintain high‑quality catalog content and marketplace SEO.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to balance inventory and avoid stock‑out or overstock situations.
• Audit and dispute platform chargebacks and logistical deductions to protect margins.
• Analyze platform KPIs and produce strategic reports for senior leadership.
• Integrate physical store visibility into the Consumer Electronics channel for full omnichannel execution.

Required profile

• Strong data‑driven mindset with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Deep understanding of e‑commerce platform metrics and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proven sales experience negotiating with traditional retail accounts.
• Fluent English communication skills.

What we offer

• Permanent contract classified at level 1/Quadro of the national collective labor agreement.
• Gross annual salary between €45,000 and €55,000, based on experience and qualifications.
