Key Lead (Part-Time Retail Supervisor)

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring a Key Lead (part-time) for its store in IL Centro, Arese. The Key Lead ensures every customer receives a quality in-store experience by acting as Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates so that store operations run smoothly and daily sales targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems
• Fulfill omni-channel orders
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions
• Protect store assets and carry out inventory control
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
• No supervisory or management experience required
• Fluency in English and Italian (CEFR B2)
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week, including Saturdays, Sundays and some holidays, with longer hours during peak times

• Knowledge of current fashion trends
• Adaptability, flexibility and ability to balance several tasks
