Language Travel Consultant – Sales & Advisory

About the role

ESL is looking for a results‑driven Language Travel Consultant to join its Bologna team. You will guide prospective students through every step of the study‑abroad journey, turning inquiries into life‑changing language travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage leads and sales opportunities from initial contact to final enrollment.
• Analyse client needs and propose tailored language travel programs.
• Prepare and present written quotations via phone, email, WhatsApp and in‑person meetings.
• Maintain proactive follow‑up to ensure a smooth decision‑making process.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

Required profile

• Commercially minded with a consultative sales approach.
• Strong communication skills, able to build trust quickly.
• Self‑managed pipeline with effective prioritisation.
• Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and proficient in English (minimum B2); additional languages are a plus.
• Passionate about travel, cultures and personal growth.
