About the role

SD Worx Italy is entering a new chapter after integrating F2A and is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to support business transformation. You will design and deliver learning experiences in both Italian and English, helping managers and employees navigate organisational change.

Key responsibilities

Design and facilitate learning journeys that align with business transformation goals.
Deliver workshops, training sessions and development programmes in Italian and English.
Guide managers and employees through organisational change, managing resistance and fostering engagement.
Translate business changes into practical learning solutions.
Contribute to L&D projects using a data‑driven approach.

Required profile

Proven experience in learning and development or training delivery.
Comfort working in evolving environments and supporting change initiatives.
Strong communication skills in both Italian and English.
