About the role
SD Worx Italy is entering a new chapter after integrating F2A and is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to support business transformation. You will design and deliver learning experiences in both Italian and English, helping managers and employees navigate organisational change.
Key responsibilities
- Design and facilitate learning journeys that align with business transformation goals.
- Deliver workshops, training sessions and development programmes in Italian and English.
- Guide managers and employees through organisational change, managing resistance and fostering engagement.
- Translate business changes into practical learning solutions.
- Contribute to L&D projects using a data‑driven approach.
Required profile
- Proven experience in learning and development or training delivery.
- Comfort working in evolving environments and supporting change initiatives.
- Strong communication skills in both Italian and English.
