Learning Manager

About the role

The Learning Manager will support, develop and empower retail teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. Based in Rome, you will spend your time coaching and training store staff across the network, aligning learning initiatives with business growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Train and coach store teams to become ambassadors of brand culture, values and products.
• Partner with Team and Store Managers to implement learning progression and align training with sales targets.
• Lead an in‑store coaching culture by observing client interactions and guiding individual team members.
• Support Store Managers in developing their own coaching skills.
• Identify high‑potential talent, create development paths, and provide ongoing feedback to HR.
• Ensure full visibility of training activities and monitor the quality and impact of each session.
• Liaise with Corporate/EMEA on training projects and deliver country‑level training.
• Facilitate onboarding of new hires and coordinate product training with the Merchandising team.
• Share best practices and coaching initiatives across stores.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Solid experience in the luxury retail industry.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, highly structured and collaborative mindset.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Strong training delivery and presentation skills using varied techniques.
• Excellent oral and written communication with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
