Legal Counsel – Procurement & Hazelnut

About the role

Ferrero is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join its Procurement & Hazelnut Competence Center at the Luxembourg headquarters. The role will support business, legal and compliance objectives, providing advice, risk mitigation and dispute resolution across the procurement function.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft and review a wide range of procurement contracts and agreements.
• Provide legal guidance on antitrust, anti‑bribery and corruption regulations to internal stakeholders.
• Manage supplier, purchaser and service‑provider disputes, including complex litigation.
• Develop and deliver in‑house training programmes on compliance topics such as anti‑trust, confidentiality and anti‑bribery.
• Coordinate regional legal teams and oversee external counsel and third‑party consultants to ensure cost‑effective support.
• Contribute to project‑management initiatives and support the implementation of Group Legal Strategy.

Required profile

• University degree in Law with 5‑7 years of post‑qualified experience, preferably in‑house or at a law firm.
• Experience in high‑value global procurement contracts within FMCG or retail environments.
• Proven ability to lead complex, international business projects in a matrix organisation.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to build relationships with diverse internal stakeholders.
