Legal Manager - Contract & Negotiation

About the role

The Legal Manager will join the Group’s Legal & Corporate Affairs Department at the holding headquarters, providing legal advice and support to senior management and business functions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including EPC, turnkey, engineering, consultancy and operation & maintenance contracts.
• Coordinate input from engineering, procurement, project management, finance, tax, risk, HSE, insurance, business development and sales during contract drafting and negotiations.
• Provide legal opinions on regulatory interpretation and assess the feasibility and enforceability of proposed transactions.
• Manage pre‑litigation and litigation matters, both judicial and arbitral, involving clients, suppliers and third parties.

Required profile

• Law degree and admission to the Bar in an EU Member State, the United Kingdom or the United States (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of post‑graduate experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in industrial or plant‑engineering sectors; energy‑sector experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); additional language is a plus.
• Strong authority, credibility and the ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and adapt to a fast‑changing environment.
