About the role

SD Worx is seeking a Legal Manager to join its Legal, Risk & Compliance team in Milan. The role will serve as an in‑house legal counsel for the Italian market, working closely with fellow Legal Counsels across Europe and Mauritius to provide proactive legal support to the business. SD Worx employs more than 10,000 staff across Europe and Mauritius, offering a broad platform for legal professionals.

Key responsibilities

  • Support SD Worx’s operations in Italy on a wide range of legal matters.
  • Collaborate with European and Mauritius legal teams to ensure consistent legal advice.
  • Report to the Director of Legal Business Partners and contribute to the legal team’s proactive approach.

Required profile

  • Energetic and motivated professional with a strong interest in corporate law.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multinational environment.
