Legal Specialist

About the role

KIKO MILANO is seeking a Legal Specialist to join its Legal Team and report directly to the General Counsel. The role supports the company’s retail operations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring that commercial and corporate agreements are legally sound and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and finalize a wide range of commercial agreements, including supply, logistics, transportation, IT, digital services, marketing and other service contracts.
• Review, negotiate and draft contracts for the purchase of goods.
• Conduct legal research to maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations and best practices in every market where KIKO operates.
• Provide legal advice on all matters affecting the KIKO Group’s business activities.

Required profile

• Law degree (or an equivalent qualification recognized under current legislation).
• Previous experience in an international law firm with exposure to civil, commercial, corporate and M&A matters.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law and compliance regulations.
• Fluent English with the ability to negotiate and draft contracts effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities for practical legal solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
