License Compliance Manager

About the role

The License Compliance Manager will own Cimatron’s software license compliance program and lead its global rollout. This role blends strategic planning—deciding which regions to activate and in what order—with hands‑on management of compliance cases across all markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global rollout strategy, prioritising regions based on piracy exposure, market maturity, legal enforceability and commercial sensitivity.
• Adapt core program frameworks and enforcement protocols to local legal environments and sales team needs before market activation.
• Manage the end‑to‑end compliance pipeline, from identification of suspected piracy to case resolution, using established workflows and escalation paths.
• Execute enforcement actions, selecting the appropriate mix of self‑service recovery tools, direct engagement and external enforcement services.
• Continuously improve program tools, workflows and case‑resolution standards by incorporating regional learn‑outs.
• Monitor global software piracy trends and adjust regional deployment strategies accordingly.
• Share best practices and insights with the broader Intelligent Manufacturing License Compliance community.
• Collaborate closely with regional sales, legal and commercial leadership, acting as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Proven ability to balance enforcement effectiveness with commercial relationship considerations.
• Experience working with commercial and legal leadership in a global context.
