License Compliance Manager

About the role

Cimatron is looking for a License Compliance Manager to own and drive the global rollout of its software license compliance program. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on operational execution, ensuring consistent enforcement across all activated markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global rollout strategy, prioritising regions based on piracy exposure, market maturity, legal enforceability and commercial sensitivity.
• Adapt core program frameworks and enforcement protocols to local legal environments and business practices before market activation.
• Own end‑to‑end program operations, managing the full pipeline of compliance cases from identification through resolution.
• Investigate suspected software piracy, apply established workflows and escalation paths, and execute appropriate enforcement actions.
• Maintain and continuously improve program tools, workflows and case‑resolution standards, incorporating regional learnings.
• Monitor global software piracy trends and adjust regional deployment strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with regional sales, legal and commercial teams to ensure alignment and effective stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing software license compliance or IP enforcement programs.
• Strong analytical and strategic judgment to assess regional risk factors and prioritise deployments.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work with sales, legal and commercial leadership.
• Ability to operate autonomously while coordinating cross‑functional teams globally.
