About the role

Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services (BVCPS) is a global leader in testing, inspection and certification, serving a wide range of consumer goods and technology product industries. The Local Client Solution – CPS role is dedicated to supporting a selected portfolio of Softlines, Hardlines and Toy vendors and brands, providing them with tailored testing, inspection and auditing services to meet their quality and regulatory needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer problems and requests, identify the relevant area, and propose possible solutions.
• Work under the direction of the Local Client Solution Manager to achieve agreed goals while adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethics codes.
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders influencing company activities and performance.
• Create a consistent and personalized customer experience, ensuring all teams have a 360‑degree view of customer requirements.
• Provide insights to support strategic decision‑making, personalize campaigns, and predict future customer needs.
• Ensure maintenance of all equipment in a safe and satisfactory manner in conformance with company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• Proficiency in Windows applications.
• English language skills at B1/B2 level (French language skills desirable).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
