Local IT Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Local IT Administrator to manage and support the IT environment at our San Vito al Tagliamento site. You will act as the first point of contact for users, ensure the stability of our infrastructure, and collaborate closely with central support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for ERP/SAP users, handling lock management, interface issues, and printing problems.
• Diagnose and resolve critical Windows Client/Server and macOS operating system issues.
• Maintain local IT infrastructure, including servers, NAS devices, network equipment and backup systems.
• Perform initial troubleshooting of network outages, checking cables, switches, access points and internet connectivity.
• Verify physical status of servers and hardware, and assist central administrators with remote‑guided on‑site support.

Required profile

• 8 + years of experience in IT administration or similar roles.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently on site.

Required skills

• SAP ERP knowledge.
• Windows Client/Server troubleshooting.
• macOS troubleshooting.
• Experience with network switches, access points and LAN cabling.
• Administration of NAS devices and backup solutions.
• Server hardware diagnostics (error LEDs, power supply checks).
