Logistics Operations Specialist

About the role

The Logistics Operations Specialist will lead the selection, onboarding, and performance management of third‑party service providers. You will work closely with internal logistics, procurement, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement of service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for service provider selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.
• Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and KPIs with service providers and monitor compliance.
• Analyze provider performance against KPIs, identify improvement areas, and drive corrective actions.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and business meetings to strengthen relationships.
• Resolve operational issues and disputes promptly.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to integrate provider operations with internal processes.
• Lead cost‑optimization initiatives while maintaining service quality.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in service provider management, logistics operations, or supply chain, preferably in e‑commerce or retail.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing third‑party relationships.
• Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, transportation, and last‑mile delivery.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to make data‑driven decisions.
