Logistics & Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics & Operations Specialist to join our Logistics team in Milan. You will be the primary liaison between warehouses, carriers, stores, and brand partners, ensuring smooth execution of logistics and fulfillment across multiple brands and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities with third‑party logistics providers (3PLs) for inbound and outbound operations.
• Manage carrier and freight forwarder relationships, monitor shipments, resolve delivery issues, and uphold service level agreements.
• Plan and schedule domestic and international shipments according to business priorities.
• Oversee end‑to‑end fulfillment for B2B and B2C orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Handle shipping, returns, customs documentation, and delivery notes (DDTs).
• Analyze logistics KPIs, identify trends, and support data‑driven decisions.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities, improve lead times, and boost operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement of logistics processes, workflows, and packaging standards.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Finance, Tech, and Brand teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Support implementation of new tools, systems, and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or Order Management, preferably in fashion, luxury, retail, or e‑commerce.
• Hands‑on experience with 3PLs, carriers, and international shipments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
