Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our Global Operations team. Reporting to the Head of Logistics, you will support the planning and execution of logistics activities for complex international projects, ensuring timely and cost‑effective transportation of materials and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage shipments in coordination with Project Managers, aligning with project timelines and budgets.
• Analyze transport specifications, liaise with forwarders, evaluate technical proposals, and manage transport tenders.
• Define logistics procedures, coordinate with customs agencies, and ensure compliance with international transport regulations.
• Monitor logistics budgets, contribute to cost‑optimization initiatives, and support business development with logistics solutions.
• Coordinate subcontractors and logistics partners for material delivery to project sites.
• Handle customs documentation, including dual‑use goods, and manage after‑sales activities for non‑conforming materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive attitude with a desire to grow in international, project‑driven environments.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); Chinese is a plus.
