Logistics Trainee – 6‑Month Internship

About the role

This 6‑month Logistics Trainee position supports the planning and execution of shipments for multiple markets. You will work closely with external logistics providers, export, and Customer Service teams to meet volume and delivery targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage shipments according to market priorities, backlog, on‑time‑delivery (OTD) targets and customer requests.
• Prepare load lists for the warehouse supervisor and ensure accurate physical loading of each shipment.
• Support daily shipment planning in collaboration with warehouse and front‑office departments.
• Participate in alignment meetings with Export, Production, S&OP and Customer Service to guarantee timely product availability.
• Track logistics KPIs such as OTD, missing SKUs and cost.
• Coordinate carriers using the Transporeon application to define daily loads.

Required profile

• University degree or high‑school diploma.
• Strong command of English.
• Good communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
