Loyalty Manager Enlarged Europe

About the role

Stellantis is seeking a Loyalty Manager for the Enlarged Europe region to define, govern, and deploy a unified loyalty framework across brands and channels. The role will act as the central orchestrator of loyalty initiatives, ensuring consistent KPI measurement, scalable programmes, and effective execution across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Enlarged Europe unified loyalty framework across B2C, B2B, LCV and leasing channels.
• Own Tier‑1 loyalty KPIs (Loyalty Rate, End‑of‑Term retention, Sales on Customer) and drive their rollout and reporting.
• Coordinate with G10 NSCs, providing frameworks, KPI definitions, dashboards and toolkits while ensuring regional consistency.
• Design and activate loyalty programmes, including CRM contact plans, dedicated offers, end‑of‑term activation and dealer‑level initiatives.
• Act as business owner for loyalty‑related data and ICT requirements, ensuring data quality, availability and actionable KPI tracking.
• Lead change‑management and capability‑building activities to embed loyalty practices across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in developing and governing loyalty strategies at a regional or multinational level.
• Strong understanding of KPI definition, measurement and governance across sales, aftersales and finance functions.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, aftersales, B2B, finance and network teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills to lead governance forums and support market implementation.
